Michael Jackson and the Beatles tracks

Posted By admin on December 20, 2009

Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney

I was just thinking about how Michael Jackson has died and I looked on google about Ringo Star which obviously reminded me of The Beatles so I remembered that he owned the copyright of all their soundtracks does that mean his ownership is now back to the previous owner or does it mean it gets passed down in his will?

Did MJ Record “The Fields of Athenry”?

Posted By admin on November 30, 2009

Well according to Quirky news, yes! After he parted ways with Prince Adullah of Bahrain, Michael Jackson lived in the outskirts of Ireland in 2006. While there, he recorded numerous songs alone and with many artists.

One of these collaborators(either officially or not) is a village choir from Caherraggin. One morning Michael was working in his private studio when he heard an Irish Choir warming up with “The Fields of Athenry“. He was so intrigued by the rich storyline, Mr. Jackson felt compelled to introduce himself and sample the music. He sang along with the choir and sounded amazing!

Although it was never meant to etched in stone, somebody from the back recorded the session in it’s entirety. Just recently, the choir secretary found an orphan tape on the event in perfect quality and ready for release(save for a few tweaks here or there). The members of the choir felt privileged and ecstatic to be in the singers presence.

Out of shear respect for the recently deceased singer, The Irish Choir has vowed to keep a lid on this rare recording until the promotion of This Is It is all said and done.

The song was written by Pete St. John in the 70’s. About an Irish peasant convicted of stealing during the hungry forties(1840’s). When a big potato famine stuck the land hard.

The song has been recorded by numerous artists to this day.

Planet Earth.

Posted By admin on November 29, 2009

Michael Jackson wrote a New York Times Best Seller-”Dancing The Dream”! Within it’s contents of poems, a snippet of “Planet Earth” was chosen for The Dangerous Album Booklet.

An abridged version was considered(with Michael reciting each poem) but was thwarted at the last second. And it was during one of these dry-runs that Sony has preserved for the soundtrack to This Is It! A double-disc set featuring 14 of his greatest-hits with two takes on This Is It(a demo recorded in 1982) on one disc. With three never-before-heard demos which close-off with the spoken-word demo. But let’s be content with what we have(as long as Sony doesn’t pull it off again).

JOE WILL NOT INHERIT ANY OF MICHAEL’S FORTUNE

Posted By Debra on November 10, 2009

I was so relieved to learn that Joe Jackson will not inherit any of Michael’s estate. Joe has always seemed like he was in for the money, even when Michael was just a child, Joe pushed him and his brothers so hard to be the best. It did pay off, evident of the early work by the Jackson 5, as well as for Michael as he clearly became the best entertainer of our time.

MICHAEL’S INCREDIBLE CONFIDENCE

Posted By Debra on November 5, 2009

41WyEOcm4gL 171x300 MICHAELS INCREDIBLE CONFIDENCE

Michael Jackson abilities were all a product of his confidence, which lends to the idea that anyone can have outstanding success if they possess confidence in themselves and if they possess passion. The fall of Michael came about do to bad plastic surgery; the horrible publicity about him and the children; how debilitating that alone would be…To me, it is just typical of jealousy. People having nothing better to do than to use there dirty little minds to put garbage in someone’s life. Michael was a victim, he was subjected to people that wanted what he had, but were too scared to go out and get it for themselves. You need confidence to accomplish anything and those who can’t don’t, those who can will.
